Looking to engage myself personally and professionally at exceedingly higher levels, I headed back to school this fall to tackle a Master of Arts program in Professional Communication.
Royal Roads University is a former military college in Victoria, BC. For the last 20 years the school has been developing fantastic blended learning programs catered towards working professionals. Increasingly renowned for their strong MBA, Education, and Communication programs, RRU is leading the way to redefine perceptions of accessible education.
No mistake, the work load is heavy and the curriculum is rigorous. The average course load delivers about the 20 hours of learning/work time each week – on top of work and real-life activities. Courses are led online through a customized learning platform, with an in-person residency at the beginning of each term to personalize the approach.
Very excited, this promises to be an exceptional experience.
Here’s a few links with more information about the school. Potentially a great option for working professionals driven to upgrade their education and expand the potential of their gray matter.
